Billing Questions
User Treatment Fees
Residential
$9.75 per month beginning January 1, 2025. The monthly residential unit charge will increase $0.50 per month ($6.00 annually) each January 1 thereafter.

Residences are billed quarterly (3 months charges) due on January 30, April 30, July 30, and October 30.
Non-Residential (Business, Commercial, Industrial)*
The non-residential unit base charge will match the residential unit charge of $9.75 per month beginning January 1, 2025. The charge will increase $0.50 per month ($6.00 annually) each January 1 thereafter. For accounts with flow volumes in excess of 8 units (8 Ccf), their flow rate charge will be $1.2869 per Ccf in excess of 8 Ccf of water consumption, and the flow rate charge will increase 3% each January 1 thereafter. For accounts subjected to surcharges, surcharge rates will also increase 3% along with the flow rate increases.
Septage Receiving
For waste haulers depositing directly at the plant, the following fee schedule per gallons will be in effect, unless operating under a separate agreement with the District.​
