The District is required to follow State of Illinois Purchasing Laws. Prevailing rates of wages are required to be paid skilled and unskilled labor in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq., as amended.

Permits

Permits are required to connect to the sewer system. Permits are also required for the District's industrial pretreatment system. Submit completed applications to the District offices.
